Cumnor Construction Ltd. carried out the role of Works Contractor and PSCS for this project.

The project involved the construction of Seventy-two apartments, ninety-five houses and associated site work as well as commercial units and a conference centre.

Site services were installed and the area was fully landscaped with extensive tree, shrub and lawn planting.
