A complex civil engineering project delivered in the heart of Cobh, stabilising vulnerable slopes and historic masonry within a tightly constrained urban setting. The works combined reinforced concrete retaining structures clad in natural stone, specialist underpinning and tie-bar systems, new embankments, repointing, drainage and public realm upgrades—all carried out while keeping roads open and the town moving.
