CONTRACT DETAILS

A major extension and refurbishment of the Imperial Hotel delivered within a tightly constrained city-centre site while the hotel remained fully operational. The multi-phase project included the provision of thirty-two additional bedrooms, conference facilities, five meeting rooms, bistro/café, retail unit, function rooms, a spa centre, open decked area, penthouse area, lift and ancillary accommodation comprising a total of four storeys, alongside roof reconstruction, sustainable energy upgrades and complex structural works—carefully managed to maintain guest access and minimise disruption in a very restricted area within a busy urban environment.
