A new two-storey public library and community facility delivered within the grounds of Terence MacSwiney Community School while the campus remained fully operational. The project combined contemporary materials—including brick and zinc cladding—with flexible learning, community and roof garden spaces, supported by careful traffic management and environmental best practice in a live urban setting.
