A complete redevelopment of the Block 4 building within the live Naval Base at Haulbowline into modern single-living accommodation for naval personnel, retaining the historic façade. Delivered under strict security and operational constraints, the project involved full structural reconstruction across four levels, new services and finishes—carefully managed to maintain uninterrupted naval operations and adjacent occupied buildings.
