A phased development within Cope Foundation’s live Beechhill campus, delivering three new buildings including a modern kitchen facility, staff canteen and an integrated residential wing. The project combined new-build construction, specialist M&E installations and extensive site works—carefully coordinated to maintain daily operations while enhancing accessibility, infrastructure and outdoor spaces across the complex.
