A high-quality residential development delivered on an elevated, landmark site overlooking Kinsale harbour, forming part of the wider Convent Garden scheme. The works included the construction of multiple housing phases comprising terraced and townhouse-style homes, carefully designed to maximise views, daylight and privacy within a historic setting.

The development delivered a series of distinctive residential clusters including Rope Walk, Harvest Walk and Spanish Walk townhouses, ranging from two- and three-bedroom homes to larger three-bedroom podium-level townhouses constructed above an underground car park. The luxurious homes feature generous floor areas, private outdoor spaces, balconies and high-spec internal finishes, achieving excellent energy performance through the use of heat pump systems, heat recovery ventilation and high-performance glazing.

Delivered within the narrow confines of bustling Kinsale town, the project required detailed traffic management, phased construction and strict noise, dust and vibration controls. The result is a cohesive, architecturally strong residential environment that blends contemporary design with the character and topography of one of Ireland’s most sought-after coastal towns.
