A high-quality architectural, mechanical and electrical fit-out of Bord Gáis Energy’s Cork City offices, delivered within a live operational environment. The project created a modern workplace accommodating 74 workstations alongside meeting spaces, offices, gym and staff amenities. Carefully phased delivery, tight programme management and close coordination with specialist contractors ensured uninterrupted business operations and a smooth transition for staff into the new space.
