A prominent civic development involving the demolition of an existing pub and the construction of a landmark three-storey over-basement Credit Union building in Bishopstown. Delivered on a tight urban site with adjoining businesses remaining operational, the project required complex basement construction, piling, concrete framing and high-quality architectural finishes. Extensive stakeholder coordination, careful traffic and safety management, and sustainable building solutions ensured the project was completed on programme, on budget and to an exceptionally high standard befitting a prominent public-facing facility.
