Strengthening and repair works carried out to the seaward face of Ballycotton Pier, a critical piece of coastal infrastructure serving a busy fishing harbour and RNLI lifeboat station. The project involved specialist concrete repairs and protective works within a highly exposed tidal environment, carefully coordinated around live harbour operations, open water and adverse weather conditions to ensure the continued safety and resilience of the pier.
