Sod-Turning Ceremony on New Inclusive Housing Development in Macroom

Cumnor Construction is proud to have participated in the official sod-turning ceremony for the Clós an tSuláin housing development in Masseytown, Macroom.

This major project, to be delivered for Tuath Housing Association in partnership with Cork County Council, will provide 18 age-friendly homes along with a five-bed specialist residence for people living with acquired brain injuries, operated by ABI Ireland.

The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr Mary Linehan Foley, alongside representatives from Tuath Housing, Cork County Council, Cumnor Construction, ABI Ireland and the Department of Housing. The event marked the official commencement of construction on a development that will make a meaningful difference to the Macroom community.
