Subsidence

What is Subsidence ?

Subsidence in house foundations usually occurs as a direct consequence of the action of water. This water washes away the fines from the medium under the foundations thereby weakening it and allowing movement in the foundations. Repair of this damage is readily addressed by pressure grouting under the foundations, installing mini piles and cross-beams or a combination of these procedures.

What To Do If Subsidence Is Confirmed…

If subsidence is confirmed, we offer a complete service, from the appointment of an Independent Engineer who will carry out all negotiations with the Insurance Company on your behalf, to the completion of the repair works.
