Subsidence in house foundations usually occurs as a direct consequence of the action of water. This water washes away the fines from the medium under the foundations thereby weakening it and allowing movement in the foundations. Repair of this damage is readily addressed by pressure grouting under the foundations, installing mini piles and cross-beams or a combination of these procedures.

The Tell-Tale Signs of Subsidence:-
> New or expanding cracks in plasterwork
> New or expanding cracks in brickwork.
> Doors or windows sticking.
> Rippling wallpaper.

If you notice any of the above in your house, you should have it inspected in order to confirm whether or not there is subsidence. We have the experienced personnel to carry out these inspections.
